Initial Email & Scheduling
Schedule a 30 min free call with me or send an email outlining your current situation and the specific issue you'd like to address in a 1:1 online coaching session. I’ll respond with several date options, and together we’ll agree on a time that works for both of us.

Coaching Conversation & Exploration
During our session, I’ll actively listen and ask insightful questions to help you gain new perspectives and envision practical ways to move forward in your unique context. Drawing on structured coaching methods we’ll define what matters most right now and what actions will get you there.

Holistic Reflection
We’ll explore not just your thoughts, but also how your situation feels physically and emotionally — your whole system. This broader awareness supports deeper insight and sustainable change.

Action Plan
At the end of the session, we’ll agree on a small, manageable “homework” — a practical exercise to try over the next few days, designed to move your situation forward and create lasting change.
